My First Missed Period

It was just a normal Friday at work. Every teacher waiting for that dismissal bell to let school out for the weekend, including me.  One thing I was prepping for that nice earned weekend was a retched period however.  I've never been a fan of those things, but then again who is?
This one felt different though... Here's a little backstory to get you caught up. My husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for roughly 8 months by now  I had a miscarriage which resulted in a D&C around 11 weeks in September 2016.   Other than that I was a healthy female with regular periods like clock work.  And when I say clock work I mean clock work.  3 weeks 3 days and BAM there Aunt Flo was.  Five days of bloat, and other not so nice things and I would be in the clear till another 3 weeks 3 days.  CLOCK WORK.
But like I said, this one felt different.  I had no normal here comes the time of the month pains and symptoms.  So hey, what else could a missed period mean except I'M PREGNANT! I took 9 tests that weekend, and searched for the faintest positive lines ever.  In fact I got line eyes.  That's when you see lines despite your husband and girlfriends sweet "No's".  You can file line eyes under hopeless despair.
By Monday I realized with the overwhelming anxiety(more so then normal) and sleepless nights, acne, and extra hair growth around my hairline, that something was NOT right.  Immediately I called my doctor.
